This is the Registration form for the Sacramento California NBRC Convention November 6-9,2025. This form must be submitted no later than August 1, 2025. All attendees should fill out this form, one person per form at a cost of $30 per person. If you fill out the form and do not attend you will not get the $30 back. Those attending will have the $30 applied to an item from the convention or refunded when in attendance.
You will need to reserve your own motel rooms as this form is not for your motel room. The convention is being held at the Sacramento Wyndham Garden motel, phone number 916-419-2222 then dial 0 for the front desk, give them the code 110625NBR , which should tell them it is for the NBRC Convention. All those attending the convention who register for the convention and are staying at the host motel Wyndham Garden will get free rides on the buses for November 7 and 8th. Convention attendees not staying at Wyndham Garden must pay $30 per day to ride the convention buses, payable at the Meet and Greet on November 6 or the day they ride.
This form also has where you order your hats, t-shirts , and confirm your banquet attendance. Paid members banquets will be paid by the NBRC. Guest will be required to pay $30 either at the Meet and Greet or the day of the banquet November 8, 2025. T-shirts and hats will be paid for and picked up at the Meet and Greet November 6. Those not attending can order convention hats and or t-shirts from the online store and they will be mailed once we have them closer to the convention dates.
At the completion of the form you will need to click “submit” which will submit the form then click the link to pay the $30. If you do not pay the $30 Registration fee you will be charged for the banquet and bus rides.
If ordering shirts and hats and you are attending they will be paid for the shirts and hats at the time they are picked up at the convention. If not attending you can order them from the online store.
