In the 1995 Membership issue of the NBRC Bulletin we find the following information. That issue also contained the original Constitution.
In the issue there were copies of some of the NBRC Charter Member Certificates.
A partial list of Charter Members was also included in the issue. It is hoped that we can locate a complete list of Charter Members.
