Each person attending is responsible for reserving their motel rooms. The NBRC is not responsible.

The link below is to reserve the motel room for the NBRC Convention. Each individual is responsible for reserving their own rooms. The registartion form is to confirm you will be attending the convention and not reserving you a motel room.

You must also fill out the Convention registration form and pay the registration fee of $30, which will be applied to a t-shirt or hat.Ā  before May 12,2026. This is so we know how many buses, meals, t-shirts , and hats that will be needed.

All attending must be a paid NBRC member or be invited by a current member to attend!

Looking for items to be auctioned. Anyone bringing birds and or items for the auction, please notify one of the following Jay Yandle, Shayne Castro, Dennis Busse, and or Danny Sturgeon. These auctions make or break the club by helping to pay for the conventions. Those wanting to keep the banquets free each year for the paid members. Please contribute items for the auctions.

The shirts and hats for the convention. If you are not attending and want a shirt or hat, they may be ordered in the NBRC online store under hats and or t-shirts. Those ordering and not attending will have their items mailed after the convention. Those attending will have them delivered at the ā€œMeet & Greetā€.

Be sure to click submit after filling out the form and paying thr preregistartion fee! If filling out for two people, once submitting for the first person, click the back arrow on your computer and change the form to the second person and then submit. The preregistration fee is for each person attending,
