Important Regional Flier Participation Report Requirements
All Regional Directors must submit their complete participation list and entry fees to the National Fly Director at least 14 days prior to the Regional Fly date.
⚠️ Failure to meet this deadline will result in your region being disqualified from participation in the National Championship Fly.
- In order to verify eligibility, the names of all fliers and entry fees must be received by the National Fly Director a minimum of fourteen days before the region conducts its qualifying fly. Regions who have not sent in the NBRC portion of the fees, and they have not been received by the NBRC Fly Director two weeks prior to the proposed date for their finals fly, will forfeit their finals fly and the finals judge will not be scheduled for their region.

Step 2: Complete All Required Information
The form must include:
- Region name and number
- Regional Director name and contact information
- Judge name
- Flier’s membership expiration date
- Complete list of all flyers participating
- Number of additional flyers (if more than 5)
- Number of additional score pads needed

Important Notes
- Separate forms required for 11-Bird and 20-Bird competitions
- All forms must be completely filled out – incomplete forms will be returned and may cause delays
- Late submissions may result in removal from National Championship Fly participation
- Keep a copy of your submitted form for your records
